Description: Tigers are a category of cats. They are the largest of all the cats. They are powerful hunters that eat pigs, deer, and even young elephant s. Sadly, their numbers are falling because their habitat is being destroyed and people are killing them for their fur and bones. Sharp Teeth: The pointed teeth near the front of the tiger's mouth are about 2 inches (5.08 cm) long. They are called canine teeth. Tigers use their canine teeth to stab and grip their prey. Siberian Tigers: Siberian tigers are the largest of all the tigers. They are found in the mountains along the border between Russia and China. Siberian tigers have a thicker coat than other tigers because they have to live in very cold conditions. Bengal Tigers: Bengal's tigers have white fur with pale stripes.
